TEACHING PRACTICE AND REFLECTIVE TEACHING

Learning Outcome: My goal in this course will be to enhance my skills, knowledge, attitudes, and values in the teaching and learning process so that I will become an inspirational, compassionate, and innovative teacher for students throughout their studies. My teaching vision will be to create a comfortable and inclusive learning environment that will foster creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking, while empowering students to become creative, confident, and self-regulated learners. I use the SMART approach to achieve this learning outcome, namely S pecific, M easurable, A chievable, Relevant, and T ime-Bound. DIGITAL DIDACTICS

  Learning Outcome: Upon completion of this learning activity, I will be able to demonstrate mastery of digital didactics by designing and presenting authentic e-didactic materials that align with the required level of competence. I will also be able to critically and purposefully integrate digital resources into my teaching practice and clearly justify the alignment between the selected digital tools and the intended learning objectives. Its primary purpose is to present a comprehensive and critical evaluation of my experiences in the BDSQ Course that will conduct on 2026 , which I undertook with the goal of enhancing my effectiveness as a teacher within the Healthy and Happy Aging Minor Program  which has been renamed the Health and Harmony Minor Program at STIKES Bina Usada Bali , in collaboration with Universitas Triatma Mulya International and NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences . WHO AM I?

In this section, I would like to introduce myself both personally and professionally as a lecturer. Below is my profile, along with several experiences I have gained throughout my academic career. My full name is Ni Luh Putu Dian Yunita Sari . My colleagues and students usually call me Dian . For your information, I am the first child in my family, as indicated by the traditional Balinese name “Putu.” I have one younger brother who works as a physiotherapist. I am married to a Balinese man and have one daughter. My entire family is native Balinese. I decided to pursue a career in education in 2016, shortly after completing my Bachelor of Nursing degree in 2015. Since childhood, I have had a deep love for school and education. I have always viewed teachers as individuals who bring light in the midst of darkness. Likewise, I strongly believe that education is the most effective pathway to improving one’s life.
