INTRODUCTION
This report documents my professional growth and pedagogical practice as an educator. Its primary purpose is to present a comprehensive and critical evaluation of my experiences in the BDSQ Course that will conduct on 2026, which I undertook with the goal of enhancing my effectiveness as a teacher within the Healthy and Happy Aging Minor Program which has been renamed the Health and Harmony Minor Program at STIKES Bina Usada Bali, in collaboration with Universitas Triatma Mulya International and NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences.
The report will offer an in-depth reflection on my teaching and learning journey, while also examining the theoretical frameworks that inform reflective practice and effective teaching. Throughout this report, I will draw on multiple sources, including relevant academic literature, professional experience, and feedback from colleagues, students, and other stakeholders. In addition, reflective videos will be incorporated to illustrate the processes and outcomes of my learning journey, providing complementary insights that will strengthen and enrich the discussion presented in this report.
