  Learning Outcome: I intend to improve the quality of the student assessment system and student learning outcomes by applying and prioritizing a structured feedback process between assessors and students in the minor program. This improvement will be pursued by aligning assessment practices with organizational contexts and policies, utilizing appropriate assessment materials and rubrics or guidelines, and continuously strengthening the application of assessment knowledge and skills. Testing: Testing refers to the measurement of the extent to which students have acquired specific knowledge or skills, typically through standardized measures. DESIGNING EDUCATION

Learning Outcome: I redesign learning environments based on Design-Based Education (DBE) principles by integrating authentic, collaborative, reflective, and student-centered learning activities that align with intended learning outcomes and foster students’ critical thinking, intercultural competence, and self-directed learning. I taught and served as the coordinator of the subject Geriatric Care in Bali within the Healthy and Happy Aging Minor in 2024 and also the Health and Harmony Minor 2026. As a teacher and coach in this subject, my primary focus is on redesigning and enhancing the overall learning process for students. Its primary purpose is to present a comprehensive and critical evaluation of my experiences in the BDSQ Course that will conduct on 2026 , which I undertook with the goal of enhancing my effectiveness as a teacher within the Healthy and Happy Aging Minor Program  which has been renamed the Health and Harmony Minor Program at STIKES Bina Usada Bali , in collaboration with Universitas Triatma Mulya International and NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences . In this section, I would like to introduce myself both personally and professionally as a lecturer. Below is my profile, along with several experiences I have gained throughout my academic career. My full name is Ni Luh Putu Dian Yunita Sari . My colleagues and students usually call me Dian . For your information, I am the first child in my family, as indicated by the traditional Balinese name “Putu.” My parents work in the healthcare sector dan I have one younger brother who works as a physiotherapist. I am married to a Balinese man and have a daughter. My entire family is native Balinese. I currently serve as the Chief of the Training and Human Resource Development Division at Stikes Bina Usada Bali , where one of the primary programs is international collaboration, established since 2025.
